STONE DIMENSIONS STANDARD WARRANTY

Stone Dimensions offers a warranty following Natural Stone Institute (NSI) standards.

Stone Dimensions Warranties The Following:

Workmanship:

We offer a lifetime warranty on the craftsmanship of our installations. This includes any issues related to the cutting, fabrication, and installation of your countertops.

 

Material Defects:

Engineered Stone (Quartz, Porcelain, etc.): Manufacturer's warranty applies. We will assist in the warranty claim process.

Seams and Joints:

We warranty against separation or failure of seams and joints for one year from the date of installation.

​

Installation Issues:

Any installation-related issues such as improper leveling, adherence, and stability are covered for one year from the date of installation.

Stone Dimensions Does Not Warrant The Following:

Natural Variations:

Color variations, veining, and natural fissures inherent to stone materials are not covered under our warranty.

 

Improper Use and Maintenance:

Damage caused by using the countertop for purposes other than intended (e.g., cutting directly on the surface, exposure to chemicals, standing on the countertop). Staining, etching, or discoloration due to improper cleaning agents or failure to seal the stone regularly.

 

Wear and Tear:

Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or chips, are not covered under our warranty.

 

Structural Changes:

Any issues arising from structural changes or modifications to your home after installation.

 

Impact Damage:

Damage caused by dropping heavy objects or excessive force on the countertop.

Heat Damage:

Damage caused by placing hot pots, pans, or other items directly on the countertop without using trivets or heat pads.
